Today's pending tickets

This page lists up all of the pending tickets that have been created since 00:00 A.M. of the current date. The pending tickets that appear on this page are the tickets that remain unassigned despite the customer's initial message after ticket creation.

You can also export data in a CSV file on those pending tickets using the Export + button at the top-right corner of the screen.
